We Don’t Do It Because It’s Easy

Working out is not easy.

Pushing your body to the limit is not easy.

Saying “no thanks” to a plate of nachos being passed around is not easy.

Going to bed at 9pm because you have an early morning workout planned is not easy.

Planning all of your meals ahead of time is not easy.

Going for a run after work instead of hitting up happy hour with your coworkers is not easy.

Managing your stress levels when you have a busy life is not easy.

We don’t do it because it’s easy.

We do it because we’re worth it.
